Job Description

***Executive Assistant*** **The Roar** · Could be part\-time to start (20–25 hrs/week), path to full\-time , or full\-time for the right candidate · Remote, Eastern hours **The short version** I'm Becca. I run The Roar, a founder advisory for entrepreneurs of service businesses. My job is client advocacy, consulting and growth. Right now, too much of my week is everything else: the calendar Tetris, the social media posting mechanics, the vendor emails, the appointment that got double\-booked, the office space I keep meaning to look for. I need an Executive Assistant to take all of that. Not to advise me on it or assist with it, to *own* it, so I can stop thinking about it and have the capacity to expand my practice. I don't run an agency anymore (I did that for 15 years and sold it in 2023\), but I still run at agency pace, and I need someone whose body remembers that rhythm: things ship when they are supposed to, deadlines are real (and critical to building trust), and "I'll get to it" was never a plan. I also believe the right software, wired together well, can do the work of another person so that everyone is freed up for more creativity and thinking and flexible freedom. I want an EA who believes that too — and who has more patience for making the tools sing than I do. **What you'd own** **My calendar: the whole complicated thing.** We are a dual\-entrepreneur household, three kids (a teen, a tween and a toddler), more appointments than fit in a day. Client calls, advisory sessions, school pickups, childcare handoffs, personal appointments, overlapping with my husband's schedule, travel. You'd hold all of it, spot the collisions two weeks out instead of the night before, and tell me when I've overcommitted before it's the week. You'd know which things move and which never do, and how to make me available for the times my clients need me to squeeze in a call, conversation or session when they are feeling the pinch. **Inbox and communications triage.** Sort, flag, draft, follow up. Know what needs me and what needs a reply I'd approve in ten seconds. Never, ever author on my behalf. Help chase the people who owe me things. **Client hospitality and meeting logistics.** Booking the room, ordering the food, confirming the attendees, sending the pre\-read, making sure the space feels considered when a client walks in. The details that make people feel taken care of are incredibly important to me and my brand. **The social media engine: the mechanics of it, all of it.** I keep the strategy, the ideas, and the writing. I’d rather have nothing to do with the rest. You'd own: * Scheduling and posting across platforms, on time, every time * Staying current on algorithm and platform changes and telling me what actually matters * Analytics — pulling them, reading them, bringing me the insights and digging for more analysis for the inevitable curiosities and questions I’ll have * Community management: comments, DMs, engagement * Standing up new
