Every team member is expected to uphold professional accountability, follow structured processes, communicate proactively, and contribute positively to the client experience. **Role Summary** The Mid\-Level Performance Tester is responsible for validating the scalability, stability, responsiveness, and reliability of enterprise applications, integrations, and APIs across **IBM Maximo and related enterprise platforms.** This role focuses on validating system stability, scalability, and responsiveness under real\-world and peak\-load conditions. The position requires close collaboration with developers, architects, infrastructure teams, and QA to identify performance bottlenecks, establish baselines, and ensure that Maximo environments meet defined performance benchmarks prior to release. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail\-oriented, proactive, and capable of working effectively within Agile delivery teams while maintaining strong ownership and accountability. **Key Responsibilities** **1\. Performance Test Planning, Design \& Execution** · Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, soak, and spike test scenarios for IBM Maximo and MAS environments. · Create and maintain reusable performance testing scripts and frameworks using tools such as **JMeter, LoadRunner, k6, Gatling or similar platforms.** · Simulate realistic user loads, transaction volumes, and concurrent user scenarios reflective of production conditions. · Validate application responsiveness, throughput, concurrency handling, resource utilization, and system stability under varying load conditions. · Execute baseline performance tests and track trends across builds, sprints, and release cycles. · Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to validate environment readiness and testing configurations. **2\. Monitoring, Analysis \& Optimization Support** · Monitor application and infrastructure metrics during test execution using available monitoring and observability tools. · Analyze performance test results to identify bottlenecks, memory leaks, slow transactions, and infrastructure constraints. · Produce clear, structured performance test reports with finding
