With expertise across Microsoft, Azure, AI, Cloud Commerce, Marketplace Solutions, and SaaS Automation, Spektra builds products that enable organizations to scale efficiently and profitably.One of Spektra's flagship SaaS offerings is CSP Control Center (C3), a cloud commerce, subscription management, and billing automation platform used by Microsoft CSPs, Distributors, and Managed Service Providers across the globe.As C3 continues its expansion across Microsoft CSP, multi-cloud, AI, and cloud commerce ecosystems, we are looking for a high-impact Product Marketing Manager to own the marketing strategy, execution, and growth of the platform.Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Product Marketing Manager with 4–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving pipeline growth, product adoption, and brand visibility for SaaS products through a combination of product marketing, AI-driven marketing, performance marketing, content strategy, and go-to-market execution.This role will own the end-to-end marketing function for CSP Control Center and work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to accelerate customer acquisition, market expansion, and revenue growth.This is not a traditional marketing role. We are looking for someone who thinks like a business owner, is highly data-driven, embraces AI, and has demonstrated measurable marketing outcomes in previous SaaS organizations.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Marketing & PositioningOwn the positioning, messaging, and value proposition of CSP Control Center.Develop compelling narratives for CSPs, Distributors, MSPs, and Cloud Providers.Create competitive positioning and differentiation strategies.Build sales enablement content including presentations, battle cards, case studies, product collateral, and customer stories.Translate complex product capabilities into clear business value for prospects and customers.Go-To-Market (GTM) StrategyLead GTM planning and execution for all new product launches, integrations, features, and enhancements.Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to understand roadmap priorities and launch readiness requirements.Develop launch plans, adoption campaigns, and customer communication strategies.Drive feature awareness, product adoption, and customer engagement initiatives.AI-Powered MarketingLeverage AI tools and platforms to improve marketing efficiency and performance.Use AI for content creation, campaign optimization, SEO, research, competitive intelligence, and audience segmentation.Experiment with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches to demand generation and product marketing.Build scalable AI-assisted marketing workflows.Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, HubSpot AI, and other AI-powered marketing platforms is highly desirable.Performance Marketing & Demand GenerationOwn demand generation campaigns across digital channels.Plan and execute campaigns across:LinkedInGoogle AdsMicrosoft AdsRetargeting platformsEmail marketingWebinar programsAccount-Based Marketing (ABM)Manage campaign budgets and optimize for:Pipeline generationLead qualityConversion ratesCustomer acquisition cost (CAC)Marketing ROIContent & Thought LeadershipDevelop and execute content marketing strategies.Create blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, reports, videos, customer success stories, and executive presentations.Establish C3 as a thought leader in:Microsoft CSPCloud CommerceSubscription ManagementSaaS BillingAzureAI in Cloud OperationsSEO, AEO & Website GrowthOwn organic growth strategy.Improve search visibility through:SEOAEO (Answer Engine Optimization)Content optimizationTechnical SEO collaborationAI search optimizationDrive website traffic, engagement, and conversion improvements.Marketing Operations & AnalyticsEstablish and manage marketing KPIs and reporting dashboards.Track campaign performance and pipeline contribution.Analyze customer acquisition funnels and recommend improvements.Measure and report marketing ROI to leadership.Cross-Functional LeadershipWork closely with:Product ManagementEngineeringSalesCustomer SuccessLeadership TeamAct as the central marketing owner for all C3 initiatives.Ensure alignment between product roadmap, GTM activities, sales enablement, and customer adoption efforts.Collaborate with ecosystem partners, vendors, distributors, and technology alliances on joint marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Experience4–8 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Demand Generation.Mandatory experience working in a B2B SaaS company.P
