We are seeking a **Temporary Financial Aid Advisor** to work remotely on a full\-time 37\.5\-hour per week basis. **SUMMARY** Provides personalized financial aid counseling to prospective, current, and former students across federal, state, institutional, and private funding sources. Serves as a primary point of contact for high\-volume student inquiries via phone, email, and virtual appointments, ensuring timely, accurate, and student\-centered support. Manages the financial aid pipeline from application through awarding and disbursement, monitoring student progress, identifying bottlenecks, and supporting timely funding outcomes. Owns and supports financial aid reporting and data tracking, including generating daily and weekly reports, analyzing trends in application completion and funding timelines, and maintaining data accuracy across systems.
