The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and experienced in logistics coordination within the trucking, automotive, or fleet management space.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and monitor shipping, receiving, and inventory movement using Karmak FusionManage order fulfillment, delivery scheduling, and real-time shipment trackingCommunicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipmentsMaintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipment statuses, and delivery schedulesResolve logistics-related issues such as shipment delays, damaged goods, and documentation discrepanciesGenerate and analyze logistics and operations reports to support decision-makingSupport warehouse and fleet operations by tracking service schedules and inventory movementEnsure compliance with transportation regulations and internal logistics standardsQualifications and SkillsRequired:Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or transportation supportDirect experience using Karmak Fusion or other Karmak platformsStrong communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft Excel and related productivity toolsExcellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesFamiliarity with shipping documentation, tracking systems, and inventory managementPreferred:Experience in the automotive, trucking, or fleet management industryBackground working with U.S.-based logistics or supply chain teamsAdditional RequirementsMust be currently residing in the PhilippinesMust have a stable internet connection and remote-ready workstationCompensation and BenefitsPermanent work-from-home setupOngoing training and professional development opportunitiesCollaborative and supportive work environmentCompetitive salaryOriginally posted on Himalayas
