Job Description SummaryThe Strategic Development Leader owns the strategy, direction and performance of the X-Ray product portfolio for big deals, national accounts, academics, and other strategic market growth areas. Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world.Job DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesHit Orders & Revenue targets annually for targeted National Accounts and large fleet dealsDeliver product expertise to Region Modality Leaders, Imaging Account Managers and National Account Executives and focus on how to identify key customer challenges early in a deal cycle to manufacture big dealsDeal coaching for targeted modality opportunitiesIdentify strategic break-in opportunities nationally to drive strategy and deal executionIdentify and own defined “big deals”, supporting the local account team, but taking a visible leadership role in the deal and with Key strategic physicians and stakeholdersIdentify and build out a programmatic approach to both big deals and academics based on an understanding of patterns, effective positioning and an understanding of modality-specific value adds. Apply pattern recognition, positioning, deal understanding and strategy.Innovate and create strong deal structure and overall winning mentality with the local field teamBuild key relationships with National and GPO accounts and drive engagements with internal team to increase market share.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years selling experiencePrevious experience in the Healthcare industrySignificant X-Ray or Imaging equipment knowledge and proven experience and success selling these productsAbility to travel 50% of the timeDesired CharacteristicsTechnical Imaging/radiology product knowledgeHospital executive relationship building skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in local languageAbility to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messagesExcellent negotiation & closing skillsStrong presentation skillsStrong relationship building skillsAbility to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization and work well within a teamWe will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $96,000.00-$144,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
