A Senior Technical Consultant is a member of Workday’s Global Professional Services organization dedicated to the implementation of our cloud\-based software within the State \& Local Government industry. We help customers make the most of the Workday platform! The State \& Local Government Technical Consulting team is responsible for the Data Conversion, Integration, and Reporting workstreams on Workday implementation projects. As a diverse group driven by a passion for the success of our customers, we provide leadership and technical expertise to efficiently guide customers through their deployments. It’s an exciting, fast\-paced, and rewarding work environment! **About the Role** The Senior Technical Consultant works closely with the client’s project team to design, develop, and deploy a customer’s integration solutions. They have knowledge of core design principles, common integration patterns, project implementation methodology, and a successful track record of delivering. The Senior Technical Consultant will: * Lead and project manage integration workstream(s), hitting delivery dates and driving results * Conduct discovery sessions to develop and document a thorough understanding of customers’ integration needs * Design and implement integrations to address complex customer and vendor requirements * Assist customers in testing integrations and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to ensure post\-production success * Participate in internal initiatives a
