This is a high-ownership role focused on building scalable systems, driving performance accountability, and translating marketing and operational data into actionable business decisions.This role is ideal for someone who combines strong marketing operations knowledge with structured team leadership. You will work directly with leadership to improve operational efficiency, optimize marketing performance, and create systems that enable scalable growth.What You’ll OwnMarketing Operations & Performance ManagementOwn and maintain reporting across marketing funnels and lead generation channelsTrack and analyze KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROI, conversion rates, lead velocity, and conversion cycle timeBuild and maintain dashboards and weekly reporting frameworks for leadershipAnalyze channel performance and proactively identify inefficiencies or underperforming campaignsManage lead flow, segmentation, attribution logic, and campaign data accuracySupport outbound marketing initiatives including cold calling, SMS, direct mail, referrals, and email outreachWork hands-on with marketing and CRM data to improve visibility, reporting accuracy, and operational decision-makingCRM & Operational SystemsMaintain CRM structure, pipeline accuracy, and operational workflowsImprove systems and automations to reduce manual work and increase efficiencyManage large datasets, including data cleaning, auditing, imports/exports, and operational organizationBuild scalable workflows and operational processes that support company growthCreate and maintain SOPs and process documentation for repeatable functionsOwn workflow and project management systems such as ClickUp or similar platformsTeam Accountability & Operational LeadershipManage and oversee remote team members including VAs, cold callers, lead managers, or operational staffEstablish KPI scorecards, reporting cadences, and accountability frameworksLead weekly performance meetings and track operational metrics across teamsIdentify operational bottlenecks and implement structured solutionsSupport performance management initiatives, including coaching and underperformance resolutionServe as a key operational point of contact for leadershipRequired Qualifications4+ years of direct experience in Operations, Marketing Operations, RevOps, or similar performance-driven operational rolesNear-native English proficiency (strong C1/C2 written and spoken)Strong hands-on experience working with marketing and operational KPIs, including CPL, CPA, ROI, attribution, funnel performance, and conversion metricsProven experience personally handling marketing or CRM data, reporting, funnel analysis, and campaign performance trackingExperience owning performance outcomes, operational metrics, or marketing channels — not solely supporting reporting functionsDemonstrated experience managing remote teams with structured accountability systems such as KPIs, scorecards, reporting frameworks, or performance tracking processesExperience directly handling team performance management and operational accountabilityAdvanced Excel skills and strong comfort working with large datasets (10K+ records)Strong analytical thinking and ability to turn data into operational decisionsAbility to work independently, create structure, and thrive in fast-paced environmentsPreferred QualificationsExperience building operational systems or workflows from scratchExperience with automation tools such as Zapier, ClickUp, or similar platformsFamiliarity with Power BI, SQL, Tableau, or Power QueryExperience in lead generation, outbound marketing, or U.S.-based service businessesExperience working in high-growth or performance-driven environmentsKey TraitsSystems thinker who creates structure and clarityData-driven and highly analyticalStrong sense of ownership and accountabilityProcess-oriented problem solverClear and direct communicatorProactive operator who identifies solutions independentlyWhat This Role Is NOTNot an assistant or administrative support roleNot a purely creative marketing positionNot a coordination-only role without ownershipNot suitable for candidates whose experience is limited to customer support, social media management, or basic project coordinationCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $1,800 – $2,500 USD/monthPerformance-based bonuses tied to operational outcomesAnnual compensation reviewInternet/home office stipendPaid time off + U.S. holidays (after 6 months)Long-term growth opportunity with direct leadership exposureThis is a remote/telecommute position.Originally posted on Himalayas
