Job Description
This is a remote position.Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales, developing strategies, and exceeding targets in a competitive industry. The Sales Manager will be responsible for cultivating relationships with teammates, and clients, leading a team to achieve sales goals, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.- Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to the sales team.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a unified approach to sales and customer satisfaction.- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
Requirements- Proven experience as a successful Sales Manager, preferably in the Financial planning field (but is not mandatory).- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet/exceed targets consistently.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
