**Healthcare Recruitment Researcher / Recruiter** **Job Overview** Brilliant Quality Nursing, LLC is seeking a reliable and detail\-oriented Healthcare Recruitment Researcher / Recruiter to support our healthcare recruitment network. This is a **remote, part\-time position** focused on researching, identifying, contacting, and organizing qualified healthcare professionals who may be interested in current or future employment opportunities. The recruiter will help develop a strong candidate pipeline while maintaining accurate records and following our recruitment and verification process. **Responsibilities** * Research and identify qualified healthcare professionals, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPNs/LVNs), CNAs, and other healthcare professionals. * Use appropriate professional networking sites, job boards, databases, and other legitimate sources to identify potential candidates. * Contact prospective candidates and provide information about available opportunities. * Collect and organize candidate information and resumes. * Conduct initial screening based on position requirements. * Verify basic professional information and document recruitment activities. * Maintain accurate candidate records and follow up with interested candidates. * Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process. * Refer qualified candidates to the next stage of our internal recruitment and verification process. * Maintain confidentiality and handle candidate information responsibly. * Provide regular updates on recruitment activity and candidate progress. **Qualifications** * Previous experience in healthcare recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, research, or a related field is preferred. * Knowledge of healthcare positions and professional credentials is helpful. * Strong research and communication skills. * Good organization and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently in a remote environment. * Comfortable using email, online research tools, spreadsheets, and applicant tracking/recruitment systems. * Professional and respectful communication with candidates is required. **Important** This position is part of our healthcare recruitment network.
