You will simplify and standardize how the teams work, strengthen the durability of their materials and know-how, and shape the roles and capabilities these functions will need going forward.Success means moving both functions beyond measuring activity toward demonstrating impact, connecting training effectiveness and editorial quality to on-the-job performance, content accuracy, and customer outcomes.
