**Location:** Remote (Utah\-based preferred) **Job Type:** Part\-Time / Contract **Compensation:** $300–$500/month stipend \+ performance bonuses **About BBG:** Brady Business Group is a growing virtual consulting firm helping small and mid\-sized businesses across retail, restaurants, and construction improve their operations and scale their revenue. We work with business owners nationwide and are expanding our team. **The Role:** We're looking for an ambitious, personable Business Development Representative to be the public face of BBG. This is not a data entry job. You'll represent our brand professionally on LinkedIn, build relationships with business owners, and help generate qualified conversations that turn into clients. **What You'll Do:** * Manage and grow BBG's LinkedIn presence * Post content 3\-4 times per week representing the BBG brand * Connect with and message prospective business owner clients * Book discovery calls for the founder * Report weekly on outreach activity and results **What We're Looking For:** * Comfortable being visible and professional on LinkedIn * Confident representing a brand publicly * Self\-motivated and coachable * Business, marketing, or communications background preferred * No experience required — attitude matters more **What You Get:** * Official title: Business Development Representative, Brady Business Group * Monthly stipend * Real world sales and personal branding experience * Direct mentorship from the founder * Performance bonuses for closed deals Pay: $15\.00 \- $18\.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
