You will lead the team in delivering high\-quality, compliant plan documents and amendments, ensuring appropriate audit and governance processes are in place. This role plays a critical partnership function across Retirement Plan Services, collaborating with internal stakeholders to navigate complex requirements, drive consistency, and deliver tailored solutions that support both client and business outcomes. In addition, you will focus on building organizational capability—developing talent, enhancing processes, and driving operational effectiveness—while maintaining a strong emphasis on quality, compliance, and an exceptional service experience.
