They are currently investing in automation systems, bilingual support, and scalable sales operations to create a seamless customer experience while continuing to grow their client portfolio.About the RoleThe client is seeking a driven and bilingual Sales & Lead Management Specialist to support lead nurturing, appointment setting, and sales closing efforts. This person will be responsible for managing inbound and aged leads, following up with prospects who did not book calls or missed appointments, and helping convert leads into paying clients.
