Job Description

Responsible for defining and executing the global retail sales strategy for Nike Eyewear across Nike owned retail, strategic retail partners, digital marketplaces, and travel retail. This role owns global retail commercial performance and is accountable for driving profitable growth, strengthening Nike’s premium market position, and delivering consistent, elevated consumer experiences worldwide. As a senior leader, this role partners closely with Nike Brand, Marketplace, Merchandising, Digital, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure retail strategies are aligned to Nike’s brand vision, product priorities, and long term growth objectives.
