We’re seeking a **Global Trials Optimization Specialist** to support program feasibility, recruitment and retention planning, and in\-life trial optimization across global clinical studies. In this role, you’ll help translate trial goals, country input, modeling data, and enrollment insights into practical strategies that support study execution. You’ll partner with clinical trial teams, vendors, legal, analytics, and other stakeholders to identify enrollment opportunities, address challenges, and support patient\- and site\-facing recruitment efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining clinical trial operations, feasibility strategy, recruitment
