Do you have strong instincts for storytelling and a hunger to experiment with how brands show up in the world?We’re looking for a Content Creator to help shape how Blackthorn shows up through content across our owned channels. This role focuses on bringing our brand to life through storytelling, creativity, and thoughtful execution of content and media.Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll partner closely and collaborate across teams to translate campaign priorities, product value, and customer insights into unique content that feels human, confident, and differentiated, driving awareness and demand for Blackthorn’s products. This is a hands-on role with meaningful ownership and autonomy.What you'll do:Social MediaOwn day-to-day content strategy and creation for LinkedIn and YouTube, with opportunities to expand into additional platforms over timeCreate platform-native content, including short-form video, visuals, and storytelling postsDevelop a recognizable and consistent brand presence across social channelsExperiment with tone, format, and narrativeMonitor engagement and performance, using insights to refine content directionConsult on executive social media strategyWebinars & Video ContentPlan and execute webinars in partnership with the Director of Marketing and campaign stakeholdersShape webinar concepts, formats, and narratives (panels, interviews, POV sessions, roundtables)Own promotional content and campaigns to drive attendance and engagement for live webinarsDevelop post-event content that extends the impact of each session well beyond the live moment, including repurposed assets across social, email, blog, and webBuild repeatable webinar series over timeCreate engaging, agile, and high-impact video content across channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, short-form clips, behind-the-scenes, storytelling formats) that brings the Blackthorn brand to lifeBrand Expression & StorytellingHelp define how the Blackthorn brand shows up through content and media across owned channelsTranslate company strategy, product value, and customer insight into clear, compelling narrativesApply and evolve brand voice and tone through real-world contentBring forward creative ideas, content series, and new formats — and test what resonatesCreative Experimentation & LearningDevelop hypotheses around content formats, narratives, and channelsLaunch experiments with clear goals and success metricsAnalyze results and turn insights into actionable recommendationsHelp evolve content direction based on real-world performanceWhat we look for:4–6 years of experience in content marketing, brand storytelling, or a related role for B2B Saas companiesEvent industry and/or event technology experience preferredExceptional writing and editing skills, with a portfolio you’re proud ofExperience creating content across formats (written, social, video)Experience using AI tools to support creative workflowsStrong instincts for voice, tone, and what makes content feel “on brand”Curiosity and enthusiasm for experimentation and trying new approaches and technologiesAbility to balance creativity with performance insightsStrong collaboration skills and comfort working cross-functionallyFamiliarity with SEO & AEO best practices and content performance metricsWhat we offerAn incredible team of smart and supportive peopleA deep feeling of satisfaction and completionFully remote global team working from homeStock options for every employeeFlexible work week$400 office stipendMaternity/Paternity leaveStudent loan debt assistancePledge 1% - time off during the year for helping nonprofitsHealth insurance contribution (if in the US)Children's 529 college fund assistance (if in the US)About BlackthornBlackthorn turns any organization's Salesforce® CRM into event planning software powered by their connected data.
