The role operates as an embedded member of the Global Geo & Regional Marketing team, working in close partnership with regional sales and global marketing functions. As the Regional Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for translating global and regional marketing strategy into high‑impact, locally relevant field marketing programs aligned to sales targets and pipeline goals.Key ResponsibilitiesField Marketing Strategy & ExecutionOwn the North America region marketing plan, aligned to global and regional GTM priorities, sales targets and pipeline objectives.Localize and execute global and regional campaigns for the North America market.Manage end‑to‑end execution of regional marketing initiatives to drive demand, pipeline, and revenue impact.Demand Generation & Campaign DeliverySupport and execute multi‑channel demand generation programs across North America, including:Integrated regional campaignsEmail, nurture, and digital activationSales‑aligned field initiativesWork cross‑functionally with Portfolio Marketing, Campaign Operations, Marketing Operations, Web, Creative, Content, and Social teams to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.Events & ExperiencesPlan and execute North America regional marketing events, including:In‑person and virtual eventsPartner‑led initiativesExecutive briefings, roundtables, and webinarsOwn event timelines, logistics, vendors, budgets, and stakeholder communications.Ensure post‑event follow‑up, reporting, and sales handover are completed effectively.Account‑Based Marketing (ABM)Support and execute ABM programs targeting priority North America accounts.Align regional marketing activity with account plans and sales priorities.Deliver bespoke, account‑specific regional marketing tactics where required.Sales & Stakeholder AlignmentAct as the primary regional marketing partner for North America sales teams.Ensure continuous alignment between marketing and sales throughout the funnel.Participate in agreed sales and marketing forums to maintain visibility, alignment, and momentum.Marketing Operations & Workflow ManagementOwn and manage all North America regional marketing activity within the marketing project management tool (e.g. Asana), including:Task creation and prioritizationClear ownership, timelines, and dependenciesRegular status updates and risk visibilityEnsure field marketing execution is transparent, prioritized, and aligned with agreed plans.Reporting, Insights & OptimizationDeliver monthly performance reporting covering:Campaign and event statusWhat is performing well and what is notEarly insights on leads, pipeline influence, and conversion (where data is available)Key risks, blockers, and mitigation actionsOn a quarterly basis:Analyze performance with internal stakeholdersIdentify optimization opportunities across lead generation, conversion, and ROMIProvide clear, actionable recommendations to improve future field marketing impact.Skills & Experience RequiredProven experience in field marketing or regional marketing within B2B (technology, SaaS, or professional services preferred).Strong track record of executing demand generation, events, and sales‑aligned field programs.Experience working closely with sales teams and aligning marketing activity to pipeline and revenue goals.Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple campaigns, events, and priorities simultaneously.Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.Preferred ExperienceExposure to account‑based marketing (ABM) programs.Experience working in a regional or multi‑country market (North America highly preferred).Target base salary range for this job requisition is anticipated to be approximately $120,000- $125,000 annualized.We also offer Enterprise benefits including but not limited to: medical, dental, vision, and paid time offThe company may modify salaries, salary ranges and/or Pay Plans from time to time as it deems necessary.MORE ABOUT SKILLSOFT:Skillsoft (NYSE: SKIL) is a global leader in AI-native skills management for the human + AI era.
