PROPOSAL GRAPHIC DESIGNER

**Location: Remote US, Eastern Timezone states (preferred near West Chester, PA)** **Duration: Contract (3\-4 months, Maternity Leave Coverage)** **Schedule: Full\-Time (40 hours/week, Mon\-Fri) eastern timezone regular business hours** **Compensation Range: $35\.00 \- $43\.00/hr W2** We are seeking a **Mid\-Level Graphic Designer** to join a dynamic team supporting government proposals and marketing collateral. In this role, you will design clear, impactful visual assets that help communicate complex technical concepts effectively while adhering to strict client requirements and brand standards. **Responsibilities:** * Proposal Graphics: Design and polish clear visual proposal graphics, technical diagrams, process flows, charts, and data tables aligned with client specs. * Marketing \& Collateral Design: Concept and create original proposal covers, marketing brochures, slick sheets, and corporate presentations. * Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual elements maintain a polished, professional look while strictly adhering to brand guidelines and RFP compliance standards. * Collaboration: Partner closely with proposal managers, writers, and subject matter experts under tight deadlines to translate technical information into intuitive visuals. **Qualifications:** * Experience: 3\-5\+ years of professional graphic design experience (prior experience with government proposals, technical design, or RFP compliance is a major plus). * Education: Associate or Bachelor degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent experience. * Software Mastery: High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; working knowledge of InDesign, MS Word, and PowerPoint is helpful. * Core Skills: Strong layout, typography, and data\-visualization skills with exceptional attention to detail. * Equipment: Must have your own Mac computer and an active, up\-to\-date Adobe Creative Cloud subscription.
