Associate – Level 2 - QA

At Associate L2, you independently own testing of small-to-medium modules, design reusable test cases,and actively contribute to QA process improvements. You are expected to bring structured thinking, clear documentation, and a proactive approach to quality - working closely with developers and contributing to the team’s overall engineering standards.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDesign and own detailed test scenarios, cases, and test data for small-to-medium modules.Execute functional, regression, integration, and exploratory test cycles independently.Participate in requirement and design reviews; flag gaps and edge cases early.Collaborate with developers to triage, reproduce, and resolve defects effectively.Build and maintain reusable test artefacts; document QA processes and share learnings with the team.Contribute to identifying process improvement opportunities within the QA functionCompleted BE, B.Tech, MCA, or equivalentISTQB Foundation certification preferred.WORK EXPERIENCE1–3 years of experience in both Manual Testing and Automation Testing.Candidates must have hands-on experience in both areas, as this is a pure Manual + Automation QA role.SKILLS, ABILITIES & KNOWLEDGEProficient in test case design, execution, defect reporting, and test documentation.Hands-on experience with Manual Testing, including Functional, Regression, Integration, Exploratory, and User Acceptance Testing.Working knowledge of Automation Testing using Playwright with JavaScript.
