This opportunity will provide comprehensive behavioral health for the common conditions seen in primary care such as depression, anxiety, ADD, and conduct disorders in an extended virtual primary care collaborative model via teletherapy.Must have Medicaid Provider Number!!Must have NY & NJ License!!DescriptionPerform psychosocial assessments that comply with evidence based practicesProviding counseling and therapy for patients using evidence based treatment modalitiesDisplay competency as an individual, family, and group therapistMaintain own professional development as required by licensing boardComplete required documentation and paperwork, including biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning and implementation in a timely mannerWorks closely with patient and family and team to overcome obstacles in treatmentMaintain compliance with all company policies and proceduresDemonstrates cultural competency and commitmentRespond quickly to an urgent or emergent needMaintain a caseload of 15-20 patients weekly and a minimum of 5 patients dailyMaster’s Degree in Social Work is requiredQualifying social work experience for licensure consists of a minimum of 3000 hours of post Master’s social workMUSThave experience with pediatric and adolescent patientsCompensation Range: $80,000 - $85,000 (dependent upon experience & licensure) - Competitive Medical Benefits Package + PTO offeredThe salary/rate range listed here has been provided tocomply withlocal regulations andrepresentsa potential base salary/rate for this role.
