Experience: 5+ Years
Rate: $120k to $130kRole Summary: NearSource is seeking a Product Manager, E-commerce & Web Applications to drive the strategy and execution of enterprise web platforms and digital commerce experiences. This role will lead product initiatives that optimize conversion, scalability, and customer journey performance across web ecosystems.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute an e-commerce and web product strategy aligned with digital revenue objectivesDevelop and manage a web product roadmap focused on conversion and performance optimizationDrive backlog prioritization to maximize ROI and customer experience impactThe author detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for web and commerce featuresPartner with engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-availability web platformsCollaborate with UX/UI teams to optimize customer journeys, checkout flows, and site usabilityEstablish and monitor KPIs, including conversion rate, cart abandonment, AOV, and revenue metricsConduct competitive analysis and market research to identify growth opportunitiesOversee integrations with payment gateways, CRM systems, and marketing platformsEnsure compliance with web security standards and data privacy regulationsManage third-party ecommerce platforms and vendor relationshipsMaintain up-to-date product and feature documentationMust-Have Skills5+ years of experience in product management for e-commerce or web applicationsProven experience delivering scalable web platforms or e-commerce solutionsStrong expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)Experience managing web product backlogs and sprint cyclesProficiency in writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteriaStrong analytical skills using web analytics tools and conversion metricsExperience defining commerce roadmaps and go-to-market strategiesAbility to establish and track conversion and revenue KPIsStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skillsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fieldBilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience with enterprise e-commerce platformsFamiliarity with SEO, CRO, and digital marketing integrationsExperience integrating payment processors and CRM platformsExposure to omnichannel commerce strategiesExperience in regulated or high-transaction industriesApply now, or share your resume with salary expectations at careers@nearsource.ca.
