💻 Implementation Consultant (SaaS, Technical Project Management, System Deployments) – RemotePosition Type: Full-Time, Remote🚀 About the RoleWe’re hiring an Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects and ensure successful client onboarding, deployment, and adoption.This role combines: technical project management client-facing consulting system configuration process optimization implementation execution You’ll work directly with clients to deploy software solutions, configure workflows, migrate data, manage integrations, and drive long-term adoption.This is not a passive coordination role.You will own implementations from:Planning → Configuration → Deployment → OptimizationIf you enjoy solving technical challenges, managing complex projects, and helping clients achieve measurable business outcomes — this role is a strong fit.🔥 What You’ll OwnEnd-to-End SaaS Implementations Manage the complete implementation lifecycle from kickoff through go-live Build implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and rollout strategies Ensure projects are delivered: on time within scope with high client satisfaction Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders throughout deployment Client Consulting & Process Optimization Analyze client workflows and operational processes Identify implementation requirements and business objectives Recommend scalable SaaS configurations and best practices Translate business needs into technical solutions and workflows Guide clients through implementation decisions and change management System Configuration & Workflow Automation Configure SaaS platforms based on client requirements Customize: workflows automations permissions system logic operational processes Ensure systems align with business goals and operational efficiency Troubleshoot implementation and configuration issues Data Migration & Integrations Manage data migration projects from legacy systems Validate and ensure data accuracy and completeness Coordinate system integrations and API workflows Support platform connectivity and operational syncing across systems Identify and resolve migration or integration risks proactively Training, Adoption & Client Enablement Deliver onboarding sessions and end-user training Create adoption plans and rollout strategies Develop: SOPs implementation documentation training guides configuration manuals Ensure clients are fully enabled and confident post-launch Project Management & Delivery Maintain project trackers, timelines, and implementation dashboards Communicate implementation progress clearly to stakeholders Monitor risks, blockers, and dependencies Coordinate: internal teams technical resources client stakeholders Escalate issues proactively before timelines are impacted Testing & Quality Assurance Conduct implementation testing and validation Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Ensure workflows, automations, and integrations function properly Validate deployment quality before launch 📊 What Success Looks Like Smooth and successful SaaS implementations High client adoption and satisfaction rates Minimal post-launch issues or support escalations Accurate and reliable data migrations Organized project documentation and repeatable implementation processes Strong client confidence throughout onboarding and deployment 🧠 What Makes You a Strong Fit Strong technical problem-solving ability Excellent client-facing communication skills Organized and process-driven mindset Comfortable managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously Able to explain technical concepts in simple business language Proactive with risk identification and issue resolution High ownership and accountability throughout project delivery ✅ Must-Have RequirementsExperience 3+ years of experience in: SaaS implementation implementation consulting technical project management software deployment onboarding or systems consulting Core Skills Experience implementing SaaS platforms and software systems Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills Business process mapping and workflow analysis experience Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving ability Ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously Technical Knowledge Understanding of: data migration workflows APIs and integrations workflow automation SaaS system configuration implementation testing and QA ⭐ Nice to Have PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or related project management certifications Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms Familiarity with: Salesforce HubSpot NetSuite ERP systems CRM systems Experience in: customer success onboarding client enablement technical consulting Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market clients 📅 What a Typical Day Looks Like Meet with clients to review implementation progress and requirements Configure workflows, automations, and platform settings Coordinate integrations and data migration
