Senior Python Developer

You will be closely working together with the risk managers as well as the rest of the tech organization. The risk systems are an integral part of the trading systems and as such you will need to be able to make architectural and strategic decisions to scale and evolve our systems.ResponsibilitiesAbility to manage and drive projects.Work closely with the risk managers to ensure requirements and features are met.Develop a deep understanding of the complete trading platform and work closely with other technical teams.Ensure day-to-day operations are running smoothly, and production issues are resolved quickly.Help drive architectural, process and operational discussions.Skills and Knowledge RequiredHighly motivated and a critical thinker.Strong verbal and written communication skills.A team player with a willingness to mentor and help manage the team.An interest in learning new technologies and programming languages like Rust, Go, etc.QualificationsA minimum of 5+ years of experience working with PythonFamiliar with Django and other Python-based frameworksRobust knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
