Job Description
The Telephony Systems Administrator supports the daily operations of the Call Center telephony environment, helping ensure end users are able to effectively support internal and external customers.This role focuses on troubleshooting, user support, system maintenance, reporting, onboarding support, and basic administration within the Call Center telephony platform. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career within telephony systems and call center technology.The Telephony Systems Administrator will assist with:Day-to-day support of telephony and call center systemsTroubleshooting system and user issuesIVR updates and maintenanceUser setup and onboarding supportBasic reporting and campaign supportCoordination with third-party vendors when issues ariseMaintaining and improving existing call flow functionalityResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day support for Call Center telephony systemsTroubleshoot telephony and user-related issuesSupport inbound and outbound call campaignsAssist with IVR administration and updatesGenerate and review basic call center reportingSupport onboarding activities for new clients and usersWork cross-functionally with operations and internal support teamsEscalate complex issues appropriatelyMaintain documentation and support processesAssist with system enhancements and process improvementsRequirementsQualifications1-3 years of experience in technical support, telephony support, help desk, call center systems, or related experienceExposure to Cisco telephony platforms preferred (CUCM, UCCX, VOIP, Jabber, IP Phones, etc.)Basic understanding of call center environments and IVR functionalityStrong troubleshooting and communication skillsAbility to learn new systems and technologies quicklyOrganized with strong attention to detailComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentHealthcare or call center experience is a plus, but not requiredRelevant certifications or technical coursework are a plusBenefitsSupportive, progressive, fast-paced environment.- Competitive pay structure.- Matching 401(k) with immediate vesting.- Medical, dental, vision, life, & short-term disability insurance.- AssistRx, Inc. is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
