BIG is seeking a Creatio Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience to join our Creatio practice. In this role, you will work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and clients to design, configure, and deliver Creatio-based CRM and process automation solutions.This role is ideal for someone early in their development career who enjoys working with low-code/no-code platforms, learning modern CRM technologies, and contributing to end-to-end solution delivery in a consulting environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and customize Creatio CRM applications using low-code / no-code toolsBuild and maintain business processes, workflows, and automation logic in CreatioCustomize UI components, pages, sections, and dashboardsSupport development of user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designsAssist with C#/.NET customizations to extend Creatio functionality when requiredSupport integrations between Creatio and external systems using REST APIsCollaborate with Business Analysts to translate requirements into working solutionsParticipate in testing, UAT, and deployment activitiesTroubleshoot issues and support post-go-live enhancementsContribute to documentation and knowledge sharingWork within an Agile delivery model, participating in sprint ceremoniesUse tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps to track work and progressRequired Skills & Experience2+ years of experience working with CreatioHands-on experience with Creatio configuration, workflows, and business rulesBasic working knowledge of C# and .NETFamiliarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptUnderstanding of CRM concepts and customer lifecycle processesExposure to system integrations and APIsExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsGood communication and collaboration skillsBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Nice to HaveCreatio certification (Developer or Analyst)Prior consulting or client-facing experienceFamiliarity with Azure DevOps or JiraExposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)Interest in growing toward a senior developer or solution architect pathBIG is a high growth Cloud Consulting firm with offices in Edmonton, Calgary, Toronto, Denver, India and the United Kingdom.
