Job Description
Jetfuel.agency’s team is seeking a Media Planner to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tactical media planning and campaign activation for a variety of client accounts and projects. This role is ideal for someone who is tenured in omnichannel campaign execution and strategy, has experience with ads managers and data platforms, and is an expert in client relationship management and problem solving. The ideal candidate should be proactive in nature and a critical thinker.This position is fully remote, but may require some in-person meetings and will involve regular weekly and monthly calls. WHAT YOU’LL DO50/50 daily split of paid media campaign strategy/planning and executionDrive overall paid media strategy and associated tactics to meet all client goals, working closely with account lead(s) and channel leadsManage and oversee paid media campaigns, including (but not limited to) paid social, PPC and email marketing channelsClosely and effectively manage and optimize campaign pacing (flighting, spend/budgets, goals/sales)Configure and calculate media mixes and anticipated outcomes with prescribed media spend and media KPIsAnalyze results and performance via data analysisCompile, organize and present campaign results, findings, and key takeaways to clientele Prioritize and manage client quarterly and ad-hoc requests to ensure on-time completionProactively grow and nurture client goals to scale spend and test emerging platforms.2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and advertisingKnowledge of Facebook and Instagram AdsKnowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center and Bing AdsBroad range of experience in multiple advertising channels, including but not limited to:Forecasting and opportunity/gap analysisCampaign management toolsDemonstrated advanced paid media knowledgeDemonstrated ability to successfully monitor new paid trends and products and evaluate application to agency and clientResearch tools/competitive analysisBudget/pacing and billingAbility to follow up on tasks to ensure deadlines are hit across many projects at onceAbility to dissect data and draw insights that drive the business forwardMust-Have’sA team-oriented mindset and the ability to work with a wide range of individualsHighly strategic and able to balance long term strategy with short term resultsA natural leader with the ability to motivate, coach, and drive teams forward.Preferences (but NOT a MUST)Google Ads & Analytics Certification a plus.BENEFITSCompetitive PayDeep Work Wednesdays: no scheduled meetings on Wednesdays100% Remote: avoid the stress and hassle of a commute and raise your productivityFlexible work schedule - integrate work with your life instead of the other way aroundRaise your game: work with highly driven individuals and grow professionally and personallyJetfuel.agency is a digital marketing agency specializing in digital marketing for e-commerce clients that are over $5M in size.
