Provides operational support to the production team throughout the course of the real estate transaction process (prior to, in progress, and post-closing) for clientele.
Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the quality review of data stored in client files and/or company production systems, ensuring information captured is error-free and accurateReviews quality reports to identify trends, issues and root causes and makes recommendations for changeParticipates in implementing quality processes to ensure operations are of the highest qualityUnderstands how own team integrates with related teams to accomplish objectivesImpacts the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of the team through own workRecognizes and solves atypical problems that occur infrequentlyEvaluates and selects solutions from existing precedents or proceduresCommunicates and explains complex information, including interdependencies within the team and othersWorks under limited supervision and may use discretion to modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiencyIndividual contributor acting as a resource for less experienced team members; does not have supervisory responsibilitiesPerforms all other duties as assigned by management
EducationHigh school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred
