Own All Copy Output** You will be responsible for the quality and execution of all copy produced by the agency, including: * Website copy (service pages, landing pages, full builds) * SEO content (blogs, on\-page optimization, metadata) * Email marketing campaigns * Social media content * StoryBrand\-aligned messaging You’ll ensure every piece aligns with brand voice, conversion strategy, and SEO best practices. **2\. Lead AI\-Driven Copy Systems** AI is a core part of how we scale—and you’ll lead that charge. * Develop and refine AI prompts for consistent, high\-quality output * Build client voice and brand documentation for AI use * Set up repeatable workflows that blend AI \+ human editing * Continuously improve output quality through prompt engineering This role requires someone who understands that AI is a tool (not a shortcut) and knows how to elevate its output. **3\. Maintain Quality Control \& Standards** * Edit and review copy to meet agency standards * Ensure consistency across all clients and channels * Provide feedback to team members and contractors * Uphold a high bar for clarity, conversion, and brand voice **4\.
