A Program Manager is responsible for driving cross-functional alignment, ensuring on-time delivery, and maintaining strong customer relationships while managing multiple concurrent initiatives that directly impact our Company's future. The Program Manager will play a key role in scaling program execution, improving processes, and ensuring high-quality outcomes across internal teams and customer-facing implementation. The Program Manager is highly organized, articulate, and comfortable communicating at all levels of the organization. Essential ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end program management for initiatives, from planning through execution and deliveryAbility to lead through influence by proactively communicating with and guiding executive stakeholders, ensuring clarity on priorities, decision making and accountability across programsPartner cross-functionally; facilitate collaboration, teamwork, and communication to provide an excellent customer experienceFormulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected activities to deliver against the project requirements, deadlines, and schedulesMaintain effective day to day communications with the customer to remain aligned on project initiatives and milestonesManage dependencies, get ahead of risks, and surface information that will allow the teams to make sound strategic decisions and tradeoffsPrepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information to ensure progress is transparent and visible to leadershipEstablish effective project plans and ensure their executionFacilitate cross-functional meetings, ensuring clear communication and accountabilityApply change, risk, and resource management to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budgetSupport change management and adoption for new processesConduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elementsPromote a trusting and safe environment that allows team members to engage in healthy debate and collaborative problem solvingProvide peer mentorship Education and Experience3+ years proven experience in managing various types of projects/programs Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methodsProven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholdersOutstanding leadership skills,organizational and stakeholder management skillsStrong presentation skillsDisplays growth-mindsetExcellent knowledge of Google Suite; working knowledge of program/project management softwareStrong attention to detail with the ability to see the big pictureExcellent ability to manage multiple programs/projects simultaneouslyAn excellent facilitator, amazing communicator, and skilled listener with a strong understanding of team dynamicsDemonstrates ability to collaborate, influence, and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including C-level executives and business leadersExhibit a positive can-do attitude and willingness to work in a hyper-growth environment; in other words, you can roll up your sleeves and thrive in a fast-paced environmentExperience with Asana is a plusBSc/BA diploma in management or a relevant field is a plusPMP certification is a plusTravel Required on an as-needed basisPlatform Science Benefits HighlightsThe company offers various benefits to regular, full-time employees including:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceShort-term and long-term disability insurancesAD&D and life insurance401k planPaid vacation, sick leave and holidaysSix weeks of paid parental leaveFor more information please see the Benefits Highlights brochure for regular, full-time employees.This is an exempt role. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salaries across all US locations.
