Marketing Manager (SD)
Location: Remote — Central or South America
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $1,300 – $1,500 USD/monthAbout the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused, and performance-driven Marketing Manager to directly manage and execute digital marketing initiatives across multiple brands.
This is a fully hands-on role. We are NOT looking for someone who only coordinates agencies, manages external vendors, or operates purely at a strategic level. The ideal candidate is someone who personally builds campaigns, executes marketing initiatives, analyzes performance data, and takes full ownership of results.
You will be responsible for managing paid media, email marketing, creative production, reporting, and campaign optimization across multiple brands in a fast-paced remote environment.
This role is heavily performance-driven and requires strong accountability, autonomy, and analytical thinking.Key Responsibilities
Paid Media & Performance MarketingPlan, build, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and InstagramDirectly manage:Campaign structureAudience targetingCreative testingBudget allocationBid strategiesMonitor and optimize KPIs including:ROASCPACTRIdentify performance issues quickly and continuously improve campaign profitability and scalabilityManage paid media efforts across multiple brands simultaneouslyEmail Marketing & OutreachBuild and manage email marketing campaigns, including:Automated flowsBroadcast campaignsSegmentationA/B testingOperate platforms such as:KlaviyoOmnisendMailchimpGoHighLevel (GHL)Build and manage cold outreach campaigns using InstantlyImprove customer retention and lead engagement through CRM and email automationCreative Production & CopywritingCreate and edit visual assets for:Paid adsSocial mediaEmail marketing campaignsDesign static creative and basic motion/video assets independentlyWrite ad copy, email content, and marketing messagingMaintain consistency across multi-brand campaign calendars and launchesReporting & OptimizationProvide weekly reporting with clear performance insights and recommendationsAnalyze campaign data and identify opportunities for scale and optimizationTrack and report on performance metrics accurately and consistentlyRequirementsMinimum 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns directlyProven experience personally managing profitable ad spend of $100K+ USD monthlyExperience handling paid media for multiple brands simultaneouslyStrong technical understanding of:Campaign scalingAudience strategyBudget optimizationPerformance analysisPractical experience with:KlaviyoOmnisendGoHighLevel (GHL)Similar email marketing platformsExcellent written English skills (C1/C2 preferred)Ability to write high-converting ad copy and marketing contentReliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated remote workspaceAbility to work independently in a fast-paced remote environmentNice to HaveExperience using Instantly for cold outreach campaignsExperience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design toolsBasic video editing experience using CapCut, Premiere, or similar platformsExperience within:TelehealthHealth & wellnessSupplementsNutraceutical brandsFamiliarity with advertising compliance requirements in health-related industriesExperience working with WooCommerce or Shopify ecosystemsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong performance-driven mindset focused on ROI and measurable growthHigh ownership mentality and accountabilityComfortable operating autonomously without constant supervisionAnalytical thinker who understands marketing through performance dataFast executor who thrives in high-growth environmentsSomeone who takes full responsibility for outcomes and continuously improves performanceImportant Notes
