Converts real-world threat intelligence workflows into product direction, datasets, and external thought leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate frontline analyst experience into actionable product feedback and roadmap inputBuild and maintain relationships with practitioners and organizations to stay aligned with state-of-the-art (SOTA) developments in CTIDesign, develop, and curate datasets that encode analyst expertise for use in threat intelligence systems and AI/ML models, including how analysts collect, enrich, triage, relate, search, disseminate, and operationalise intelligenceProduce high-quality threat intelligence research and represent the company through publications, talks, and industry engagementSupport sales and customer engagements requiring deep technical and analytical expertiseMinimum qualifications5+ years hands-on experience in a Security Operations Centre (SOC) or equivalent incident response / threat detection roleDeep familiarity with CTI workflows, including collection, triage, enrichment, analysis, dissemination and operationalization of intelligenceStrong understanding of adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK, DISARM) and associated remediation / courses of actionComfort working with engineering, data science and AI/ML research teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishEU residency and valid authorization to work in the EUPreferred qualificationsExposure to data science or machine learning concepts (e.g., feature engineering, model evaluation, data pipelines, graph analysis, clustering)Experience in military, defence, or government cyber operations environmentsTrack record of published CTI research, blogs, or conference presentationsProficiency in additional languages relevant to customer engagement and threat intelligence researchStrong industry network to facilitate learning, collaboration, and publication of researchWorking environmentFully remote, headquartered in Amsterdam, distributed across the globeFlexible working hours with emphasis on sustainable workload and work-life balanceOriginally posted on Himalayas
