This role is a high-execution, operations-focused Sr. ERP Business Analyst responsible for managing AOS work intake, tracking, reporting, and governance across Oracle ERP and related systems. The position ensures disciplined execution of daily work management, supports change control, and provides full transparency into system and team performance.Responsibilities:Daily Operations & Work Management:Create, update, and close PBIs and Spikes on a daily basisConvert ServiceNow tickets into actionable work itemsTrack and maintain developer hours and work allocationMaintain accurate and complete work item documentationChange Management & Governance:Create and manage weekly change requestsEnsure all changes follow governance, approval, and audit standardsSupport Change Advisory / governance forumsReporting & Dashboard Oversight:Produce and distribute weekly operational reportsMonitor and report on:Work item status and agingDeveloper performance and workloadMaintain Oracle dashboards, queries, and reporting accuracyDeliver monthly and stakeholder reporting artifactsOracle ERP & Release Support:Support quarterly Oracle release cycles and communicationsMaintain system documentation such as “What’s New” updatesExecute system-related recurring activities (e.g., FXLoader resets)Sprint & Project Support:Update sprint boards and track progress when PM support is not assignedSupport ERP project tracking and execution alignmentDocumentation & Knowledge Management:Create and maintain SOPs and documentationManage updates to Oracle SharePoint and internal knowledge basesEnsure documentation reflects current processes and system changesAdministrative & Coordination Activities:Manage team calendars, OOO scheduling, and coordination itemsSupport access management requests for AOS tools and SharePointAssist with system refresh coordination and environment updatesRequirements: Bachelor's degreeStrong experience with Oracle ERP (Fusion preferred)Experience working in ADO (Azure DevOps), ServiceNow, and dashboard-driven environmentsProven ability to manage high-volume operational work queuesExperience with change management and audit-controlled environmentsUnderstanding of accounting/finance system processesAxos Employee Benefits May Include:Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsurancePaid Sick Leave, 3 weeks’ Vacation, and Holidays (about 11 a year)HSA or FSA account and other voluntary benefits401(k) Retirement Saving Plan with Employer Match Program and 529 Savings PlanEmployee Mortgage Loan Program and free access to an Axos Bank Account with Self-Directed TradingAbout AxosBorn digital-first, Axos delivers financial tools and services that allow individuals, small businesses, and companies to access and manage their money how, when, and where they want.
