Role OverviewAs a Care Coordinator at Wellthy, you will support families and members residing in Canada and the United States, addressing their unique caregiving needs, and taking a proactive role in managing their care plans.What You Will DoYou will be the primary point of contact for families, helping them navigate complex healthcare tasks such as finding the right providers, managing medical bills, scheduling appointments, tracking medications, and vetting facilities.Why It Might Be a FitTo be successful in this role, you'll need to be open to learning, experimenting, and evolving.
