Litigation Associate (Warranty) – Remote (California)Full-Time | Remote | $150,000 – $165,000About the RoleOur Client is seeking an experienced Associate with 2+ years of litigation experience to join its Litigation team in Southern California. This role will work exclusively on a team defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty-related actions.Location is flexible; however, all candidates must be licensed in and local to California.Warranty experience is not required. However, qualified candidates must demonstrate the following:RequirementsRequired Experience & SkillsTrial and arbitration preparation and courtroom experienceMotion practice, depositions, and mediation experienceExceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skillsStrong academic credentialsDetail-oriented and highly organized with a strong work ethicExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsCompensation & BenefitsSalary range: $150,000 – $165,000 annually, based on a full-time schedule.Actual compensation will depend on qualifications, relevant experience, skill set, training, internal equity, and market factors.
