**Senior Paid Ads Specialist** Job Description Responsibilities * Build and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn with a lead\-gen focus * Lead creative and post\-click strategy (landing pages, funnels, lead magnets) in collaboration with our in\-house team * Write and test ad copy with AI support and our in\-house copywriter * Continuously test and optimize targeting, creative, copy, budgets, and account structure to reach KPIs and scale campaigns * Partner with the Account Manager to retain and grow accounts through reporting and strategic recommendations * Implement pixels and conversion tracking in line with best practices Qualifications * 3\+ years building and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns * 3\+ years building and optimizing Google Ads campaigns * 3\+ years building campaigns focused on lead generation Desired Traits * Strategist, analytical, detail\-oriented * Hungry \& humble, goal\-focused, proactive problem solver Bonus Skills \& Experience * Google Ad Grants * Google Tag Manager * Unbounce or ClickFunnels * Basic design or video editing skills Work Location: Remote
