Our platform enables regulated organizations to capture, secure and gain insight from business communications while meeting complex compliance and regulatory obligations. **Role Overview** Numonix is looking for a Senior SaaS QA \& Delivery Engineer to join Operations and act as the quality and delivery bridge between Development and Operations. You will validate new functionality, identify defects, assess release readiness and ensure software can be successfully introduced into operational and customer environments. This is a senior, hands\-on role for someone who can independently test complex SaaS functionality, investigate technical issues, challenge incomplete handovers, guide a mid\-level QA tester and improve the delivery process. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop, execute and maintain manual and automated test cases covering functional, exploratory, integration, regression, system and end\-to\-end testing. * Prepare test plans, test scripts and test reports for new features, enhancements, bug fixes and release candidates. * Validate software against acceptance criteria and operational workflows across users, roles, tenants, environments, integrations and customer configurations. * Document defects with clear reproduction steps, evidence, severity and impact, and work with developers to investigate, retest and close them. * Use APIs, browser tools, application logs, monitoring systems and database queries to investigate issues and validate results. * Review Development handovers, challenge incomplete or unstable releases and assess unresolved defects, operational impact and residual risk. * Coordinate operational acceptance testing and confirm that functionality can be deployed, configured, supported, monitored and used effectively. * Maintain regression coverage, improve visibility into test results and release risks, and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing methodologies. * Identify recurring defect patterns and high\-value opportunities for targeted automation, while providing day\-to\-day guidance to the mid\-level QA tester. **Required experience** * At least five years of software quality assurance experience, including complex B2B SaaS applications. * Experience with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Graph and Entra ID. * Strong experience with functional, exploratory, regression, integration and end\-to\-end testing. * Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, SmartBear, Playwright or Cypress. * Experience testing REST APIs using Postman or similar tools. * Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation, plus experience with browser developer tools, application logs and monitoring systems. * Experience testing authentication, permissions, roles, integrations and multi\-tenant applications. * Experien
