Senior Salesforce Developer

This is a remote position.We are hiring 2 Senior Salesforce Developers to support a large-scale Salesforce program with a strong emphasis on CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM), Sales Cloud, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.This is a senior, hands-on role requiring deep technical expertise across analytics, core CRM, and marketing automation, with ownership of complex solutions and integrations. Key Responsibilities:Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSLLead delivery of CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM) dashboards, dataflows, recipes, and KPIsAdvanced configuration and optimisation of Sales Cloud (leads, opportunities, forecasting, reporting)Design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions including journeys, automations, and data extensionsDevelop and manage API integrations and external data pipelinesOwn deployments via CI/CD pipelines (Copado preferred)Ensure data security, integrity, scalability, and performanceTranslate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutionsProduce technical documentation and support development best practices RequirementsEssential Skills & Experience:Senior-level Salesforce development experienceStrong expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM)Advanced Sales Cloud configuration and automationSalesforce Marketing Cloud experience (ESSENTIAL)(Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automations, data extensions)Strong Apex, JavaScript, LWC, and Flow skillsProven experience with integrations, APIs, and ETLCI/CD and DevOps experience (Copado strongly preferred)Deep understanding of Salesforce security and data modelsStrong stakeholder communication skillsNice to Have:CRM Analytics Specialist certificationCopado Administrator certificationOwnBackup experienceExperience mentoring or leading technical delivery BenefitsContract Duration: 12 monthsRate: CompetitiveLocation: Remote (LATAM)Start: ASAP Originally posted on Himalayas
