By helping our customers see more clearly, you *will* help them change patients’ lives. **About CLD** Located in Belmont, MA, CLD (Custom Learning Designs) is a sales training agency that exclusively works with leading pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies to ensure their commercial teams have the right knowledge at the right time to help them transform patients’ lives. **Desired Skills \& Experience** * Strong writing skills, with the ability to translate scientific and medical information into clear, accurate, and compelling content that is appropriate for the intended audience. * Ability to research primary literature and identify appropriate sources to support medical content; accurately cite the content you are creating back to primary sources * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadline pressures while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and flexibility. * Ability to follow project guidance, apply feedback, and continue building independence across assignments. * Fastidious attention to detail * Computer literacy; proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat preferred. **Requirements** * BS/BA in life sciences, language arts, or a related field. * Excellent writing skills. * Previous relevant experience in medical writing, technical writing, scientific communications, pharmaceutical/biotech training, or a related field. * Ability to develop medical content with direct guidance while demonstrating increasing independence and judgment.
