### **About the Role**
Flex is seeking a **Creative Director** to lead the magic behind building and scaling the marketing brand. Reporting to the Head of Growth (Marketing), this role will focus on evolving the creative brand strategy all\-while building a team of both internal and externally sourced creative\-talent. This is a highly influential position that has the opportunity to collaborate and impact multiple areas of the business. This includes focusing on demand\-channels including events, and creative out\-of\-the\-box data\-driven campaigns across product and lifecycle. This also includes internal\-marketing, company\-wide print materials and employer branding. This role requires immense creativity, team management, and is able to holistically scale with the business based on creative\-data and proven results.
### **What You’ll Do**
**Ensuring Creative Excellence:** Ensure that the Flex brand is five\-star, consistent across visuals, and thoughtfully built\-out, to ensure high\-performing creative results with a focus on brand\-building and brand\-awareness.
