We work across US healthcare, ABA therapy, and broader professional services, connecting skilled South Africans with international operations that value quality and reliability.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe welcome applications from professionals with experience in: Care Coordination Patient Care Coordination Client Services within Healthcare Case Management Healthcare Compliance Administration ABA Therapy Support Roles Scheduling and Clinical Coordination Client Onboarding and Case Setup WHAT WE TYPICALLY LOOK FOR IN CARE COORDINATORS Minimum 1–2 years of experience in healthcare coordination, case management, or client support Strong written and verbal English communication skills - Must be comfortable communication with US-based teams via Teams, email and telecom High emotional intelligence and ability to manage sensitive conversations professionally Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously Comfortable working US business hours (EST alignment) Experience supporting US-based clients is advantageous Familiarity with systems such as CentralReach, ClickUp, Intermedia, EHR platforms, or similar tools is a plus Understanding of HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards is beneficial REMOTE WORK REQUIREMENTSAll roles are fully remote.
