We operate lean, move fast, and prioritize performance. Our team is built on accountability, results, and deep automotive knowledge. \*\*Position Overview\*\* We are seeking a highly motivated Automotive Sales Specialist with a proven track record in sales performance. This is a remote, primarily phone\-based role focused on inbound/outbound sales, lead follow\-up, and closing high\-value automotive protection services. This position is designed for a closer—not an order taker. The right candidate is comfortable working in a commission\-heavy structure with significant upside potential and thrives in a performance\-driven environment. \*\*You will meet in person with leadership during the week, but day\-to\-day execution requires exceptional self\-motivation and discipline.\*\* \*\*Key Responsibilities\*\* \- Handle inbound leads and conduct consistent outbound follow\-up \- Close sales for PPF and related automotive protection services \- Build and maintain customer relationships through phone, text, and email \- Track pipeline and follow\-ups in CRM systems \- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience \- Occasionally travel for training, events, or strategic initiatives \- Participate in weekly in\-person meetings with ownership \*\*Requirements\*\* \- Proven automotive sales experience (REQUIRED) \- Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets \- Formal sales training or structured sales process experience \- Strong closing skills and objection handling ability \- \*\*Self\-motivated and highly disciplined—able to perform independently without daily oversight\*\* \- Excellent communication and follow\-up discipline \- Comfortable working remotely with periodic in\-person accountability \*\*Preferred Qualifications\*\* \- Dealership sales experience \- Experience selling high\-ticket automotive products or services \- Familiarity with PPF, tint, ceramic coatings, or aftermarket products \*\*Compensation \& Benefits\*\* \- Commission\-heavy pay structure with strong earning potential \- Base salary provided for stability (lower base, higher upside) \- Paid Time Off: \- Accrues after 90 days \- Up to 1 week per year during first 2 years \- 2 weeks per year after 2 years \- 401(k) eligibility after 1 year \- Remote work flexibility \- Light travel may be required \*\*Ideal Candidate\*\* You're competitive, disciplined, and results\-driven.
