The ideal candidate will bring experience in a fast-paced, integrated marketing environment and have a strong foundation across digital marketing, content development, campaign execution, event support, and results-driven strategy.This role will play a key part in supporting growth initiatives across the South Region, working closely with regional leadership, producers, and the national marketing team to help develop and deliver strategies and assets that support OneDigital’s insurance, HR, and financial services solutions.The Senior Growth Marketing Specialist will take ownership of a wide range of marketing initiatives, including campaign execution, content development, thought leadership support, event strategy and activation, producer enablement, website and collateral updates, and marketing automation activities. This role requires strategic thinking, strong execution, collaboration, and an analytical mindset to help drive business growth and elevate the prospect and client experience.This position reports to the Director of Growth Marketing and will also serve as a resource and informal mentor to junior team members. A strong baseline understanding of OneDigital’s lines of business and regional growth priorities is important to success in this role.Location and TravelThis role is ideally based in Florida or another state in the South Region (Texas, Georgia, the Carolinas, or Tennessee). The candidate should be comfortable supporting the South Region and willing to travel up to 30% throughout the year for regional events, market meetings, and in-person planning sessions.In this role, you will:Support execution of strategic marketing plans and regional growth initiatives in partnership with the Director of Growth Marketing and key stakeholders
Independently develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as HubSpot, ON24, and related tools
Support the planning and execution of marketing-led events, with an emphasis on growth strategy, field enablement, and leveraging events for prospecting and pipeline impact
Partner with producers, sales teams, and cross-functional partners to support high-impact proposals, RFP responses, and finalist presentations
Conduct 1:1 trainings and consultations with producers, especially new producers, on sales and marketing tools, resources, and best practices
Support lead generation and opportunity development by providing data, insights, and strategic recommendations to regional sales teams
Take ownership of content development across channels, including web, blogs, social media, email, print collateral, and sales enablement materials
Edit and update website content, blogs, and press releases to ensure timely, relevant, and accurate messaging
Provide support for sales enablement tools such as Outreach and Oktopost
Manage and respond to internal marketing request tickets with strong prioritization, follow-through, and communication
Collaborate with sales, client service, operations, and IT teams to support data quality and marketing deliverables
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign and initiative performance, offering actionable recommendations for improvement
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices
Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with brand guidelines and compliance standards
Support sponsorships and partnerships by helping coordinate opportunities, execution, follow-up, and ROI tracking
Provide guidance, support, and informal mentorship to junior marketers, interns, or newer team members as needed
The ideal candidate will have:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Experience supporting integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns and events
Strong proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, including HubSpot, Outreach, Optimizely, ON24, and website content management systems
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
