We are looking for a highly driven individual that will fabricate crates and bundle orders for Valmont products according to customer specifications. Additionally, but not limited to, you will… * Measure and cut boards according to specifications for the purpose of crating the product. * Load shipments onto flatbeds. * Bundle poles per order. * Make sure all shipments are checked closely for any damage. * Keep shipping area free from any trash, boards, etc. * Follow all standard and/or prescribed safety regulations * Follow all standard operating procedures * Train and assist in development of less experience personnel * Train and assist in development of less experience personnel * Train and assist in development of less experience personnel * + Other duties as assigned. * **What it takes** *Required Qualifications* + * Must be able to properly count items on each order to ensure that they are correct. · Maintain supplies needed on a weekly basis + * Ability to read and follow written and oral directions + * Ability to use basic math skills up to and including the use of fractions, percentages + Proficient with tape measure and the use of hand tools + * Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs. * Train and assist in development of less experience personnel * + Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions (heat, cold or rain). + Job requires forklift license. * Train and assist in development of less experience personnel * *Highly qu
