As the Transmission Line Project Engineering Manager, you will:Lead a multi-discipline team of engineers and techniciansManage diverse and challenging projects across design services and EPC programsOversee design quality, budgets, and schedulesSupport client interaction, proposals, and business developmentAbout the Team

By joining, youll be at the forefront of helping clients implement the most innovative energy solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage budgets, schedules, and quality requirements across disciplinesCoordinate directly with clients on project changesReview and coordinate engineering work, serving as engineer of record when requiredBuild strong relationships with project leadership, design teams, and support staffTranslate client interests into actionable project strategiesContribute to business development and proposal activitiesTravel occasionally for site visits, design reviews, and client meetingsMentor and guide team members while upholding quality standardsEnsure client and industry standards are met on assigned projectsPreferred QualificationsExperience managing EPC or design services overhead transmission line projects for U.S. investor-owned utilities8+ years of experience in high-voltage overhead transmission line design, including PLS-CADD, line routing, structural loading design, foundation design, and full project lifecycleExcellent communication skills and ability to build client relationshipsAdvanced knowledge of engineering principles, design guides, and standardsFamiliarity with interdisciplinary project coordination: procurement, subcontract administration, permitting, real estate/land acquisition, and construction supportExperience in proposal development and engineering estimatesP.E. license highly preferredMinimum QualificationsBachelors degree in engineering from an accredited programMinimum 8 years of related work experienceAbility to meet pre-employment requirements (background check, drug screen, MVR search, as applicable)Certifications
