Role Overview AI Nexus NYC is seeking experienced HealthTech Venture Advisors to support a growing portfolio of AI companies operating across healthcare, digital health, biotech, therapeutics, clinical workflows, life sciences, and research infrastructure.This role is designed for healthcare operators, founders, executives, clinicians, innovation leaders, and industry experts who want to work directly with early-stage companies and help accelerate growth.Advisors will partner with founders and venture teams to provide strategic guidance, facilitate introductions, support customer discovery, create pilot opportunities, and accelerate commercialization efforts.What You’ll DoAdvise founders and early-stage companies on healthcare market dynamics, product strategy, commercialization, and industry adoptionFacilitate introductions to health systems, providers, payers, pharma organizations, biotech companies, research institutions, investors, and potential customersSupport portfolio companies with pilot design, customer discovery, partnership development, commercialization efforts, and go-to-market strategyProvide expertise across clinical workflows, healthcare operations, digital health, life sciences, reimbursement, enterprise sales, and adoptionParticipate in founder office hours, advisory sessions, venture reviews, workshops, and AI Nexus programmingHelp identify strategic partnerships, customer opportunities, pilot programs, and commercialization pathways for portfolio companiesAct as a connector within the NYC healthcare and life sciences ecosystemSupport venture teams as they move from concept validation to pilot execution, customer acquisition, and commercial deploymentWho You Are You may be a:Healthcare founder or startup operatorClinical leader or healthcare executiveInnovation, digital health, or transformation leaderBiotech or life sciences operatorInvestor, advisor, or venture partnerCommercialization, GTM, or business development leaderProvider, payer, Pharma, or healthcare systems expertExperience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:Health SystemsClinical OperationsDigital HealthHealthcare AIBiotech and TherapeuticsLife SciencesPharmaProvider NetworksResearch InfrastructureHealthcare InnovationPrior startup, venture studio, accelerator, investment, advisory, or commercialization experience strongly preferred.Performance Based Equity ParticipationHealthTech Venture Advisors are eligible for performance based equity participation opportunities tied to meaningful contributions and measurable impact within supported ventures.
