Network Operations Analyst (AI & Automation Focus)

Veriforce is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst with a strong focus on AI and automation to optimize performance across our Operations and Intelligence teams.This role sits at the intersection of network performance, operational intelligence, and process automation. You will monitor and analyze network health, identify inefficiencies across systems and workflows, and design AI-enabled and automated solutions that improve reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.You will transform raw network and operational data into actionable insights while building intelligent systems that reduce manual effort, improve response times, and proactively detect performance risks. This is a builder role requiring analytical rigor, systems thinking, and hands-on automation development.What that means day-to-day: Network Monitoring & Performance OptimizationAnalyze network performance across client and contractor journeys to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunitiesMonitor data flows and connectivity between internal systemsProactively identify and escalate operational gaps and bottlenecks before they escalate and our teams and customersAI & Automation Development Develop AI-driven insights, anomaly detection models, and predictive performance indicatorsAutomate recurring operational workflows to reduce manual intervention and increase consistencyLead rollout and continued enablement for new productivity and AI toolsTrain teams on how and when to use tools to drive real efficiency and quality gains Reinforce best practices to ensure consistent and sustained adoption Build scalable reporting frameworks aligned to evolving business needsGovernance, Security, & Continuous ImprovementEnsure data handling adheres to governance, compliance, and security standards Document processes, automation logic, and system dependencies clearly Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations to improve system reliability Continuously identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational scalability What Success Looks LikeIncreased utilization and effectiveness of AI-enabled workflowsReduced variability in execution across Operations and Intelligence teamsReduction in manual operational tasks through automationIncreased use of AI-driven insights in operational decision-making Clear, actionable intelligence delivered to leadership Faster, more consistent adoption of new processes and toolsWhat you’ll need to be successful: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field3–5 years of experience in data analytics, network performance analysis, systems integration analytics, or similar rolesStrong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)Experience building or supporting automated data pipelinesExperience enabling teams on AI tools, automation, or new technology platformsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detailAbility to communicate complex technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholdersStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly efficient, organized, and pragmaticComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentPreferred Qualifications Familiarity with API monitoring, integration environments, and system interoperabilityExperience with Python, R, or similar tools for data manipulation and automationBackground supporting operational, compliance, or scaled service teamsWhat you’ll get in return: Here are just a few of the great reasons you should join our team!Work with a global team!
