We're scaling our Retention arm of the business. If you don’t have the runs on the board doing the same, then this won’t be the position for you. *So, what do we want from you?* We’re looking for best eCommerce Retention Strategist out there, with strong proven results across Klaviyo EMS system knowing flow automation, popups, etc. Extra bonus points if you also have SMS experience with Klaviyo or Postscript. And for those emails, you'll need to be able to guarantee we keep in alignment with our brands voice, tone, and branding while also having copy Eugene Schwartz would be proud of! First and foremost, you’ll be a **Highly Analytical \& Data\-Driven Thinker with Extreme Attention to Detail,** able to identify bottlenecks in campaigns/accounts, troubleshoot and execute solutions that drive results to exceed our KPIs.
