Data Moderator

We are Hiring !! **Role : Bilingual Data Collection Moderators** **Location: Remote** **Duration : 2 months** **Work schedule: 9AM to 5 PM CST Monday to friday** **Kindly note that candidates are asked to use own laptop for work purpose** **Role Overview** Moderators are responsible for running daily data collection sessions on video call. You will work under the guidance of a Project Coordinator or Project Manager to prepare each session's setup, manage participants, and oversee recording quality. Moderator initiates, observes, pauses, shares feedback, reviews, and requests a re\-record if needed. This role requires professionalism, reliability, strong listening skills, and comfort interacting with participants from diverse backgrounds. **Responsibilities** * Host and run remote recording sessions, following defined project protocols. * Set up and manage the recording platform for each session. * Guide participants through onboarding, consent, and session instructions. * Oversee recording quality, including checking that sessions reflect natural bilingual (Spanish \& English)conversation with code switching. * Provide feedback and request re\-recording when a take doesn't meet standards. * Track participant progress and session details for reporting. * Handle scheduling issues such as no\-shows or last\-minute changes. * Review transcripts for correctness and audio match. * Upload and transfer recordings and session data to the central system after each session. * Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a respectful, welcoming demeanor with all participants.
