As trusted business and technical experts, the candidates of choice will work with the goal of supporting mission\-critical enterprise applications, such as Dynamic 365, that strengthen operations and contribute to public safety. In this role, you will perform focused analysis of business needs, define requirements, and provide expert consultation to support agency\-wide systems and processes. You will facilitate requirements gathering, maintain technical documentation, and participate in the validation and resolution of issues affecting enterprise applications. By evaluating system complexities, dependencies, and interactions, you will help ensure reliable technology solutions that improve business practices and organizational performance. This position serves as a key liaison between business and technology, requiring deep knowledge of DOC operations and enterprise applications across all divisions and back\-office functions.
